For public speaking anxiety, we build confidence, change negative thought patterns and prepare clients mentally to expect successful outcomes. Combining visualization of successful situations helps foresee the best outcomes. Most clients need 2-4 sessions for long-term speaking confidence.

For phobias, we typically recommend 1-3 sessions to identify and reframe the irrational fear. The key to stopping the fight-flight response is to bring the subconscious pattern to conscious awareness. Only then can new brain connections be formed. 

We use relaxation, visualization, regression, inner child work, future pacing, forgiveness therapy, EFT and suggestion techniques to access the subconscious and create positive changes. Sessions are personalized and I use a combination of different methods, including life coaching and NLP to get the best result.

In a weight loss hypnosis session, we eliminate the root psychological causes of overeating and reprogram more healthy eating habits. Clients often report significantly reduced cravings and increased portion control after just one session.

For panic attacks, we first find the root cause of the anxiety in the subconscious mind through regression. We use inner child work to reprogram outdated beliefs and neutralize unwanted emotions. Sessions are 60-75 minutes. The cost varies depending on the issue and if you are taking a package, please contact through WhatsApp for more info about cost. Sessions are not typically covered by insurance, you may be able to pay and claim depending on the insurance coverage you have. 

I do a 3 session hypnosis package for quitting smoking. Most people never smoke again after the first session but the 3 sessions ensures that we tackle all the emotions, withdrawals and triggers that might come up.  We generally schedule the first two sessions within a couple of days of each other, the 3rd session is usually about a week after the 2nd session. 

My success rate for clients quitting smoking through hypnotherapy is very high. Typically, over 85% of my clients who smoke cigarettes or vape quit permanently. We reprogram the subconscious mind to break the psychological addiction to smoking. 

Hypnotherapy is extremely effective and works very quickly. The power of the subconscious mind should not be underestimated. Virtually all of our behavior, thoughts and feelings are driven by this part of our mind.
